Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience required; customer experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel operations to ensure guest satisfaction and financial targets.
• Recruit, interview, screen and hire staff.
• Onboard and train associates with Best Day Ever and ESA University programs.
• Maintain ESA Brand Standards and conduct daily team meetings.
• Ensure rooms are guest ready and public areas are well maintained.
