You will lead associates, manage labor and budgeting, recruit staff, and ensure adherence to ESA brand standards across the property.

This role requires a minimum of three years in hospitality management, a valid driver's license, and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and successfully pass a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction targets and manage overall customer experience.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, and hiring procedures.
• Onboard and train new associates to ensure compliance with company training programs.
• Lead the hotel team to maintain brand standards and-high performance.
