Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes 100% commitment to guest experience.
• Ensures guest issues are resolved per company goals.
• Maintains rooms and public areas to brand standards; completes Green Shield program on schedule.
• Onboards and trains new associates; ensures ESA University training compliance.
• Leads by example to foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Manages recruiting, interviewing, screening and hiring procedures.
• Conducts daily team meetings and communicates updates to staff.
• Controls labor costs and staffing levels within budget.
