Extended Stay America is seeking a General Manager to oversee a single property, directing operations to maximize profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency. You will lead staff, monitor KPIs, and implement company standards across all facets of property management.

The role emphasizes driving revenue, managing labor and expenses, and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction through strong leadership and stakeholder relations.

Formación

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience required.
• 4-year degree highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive company initiatives (GREAT, REACH, DANCE, DRIVE, FRESH, Making it Right and Stop the Leaks).
• Maximize revenues and GOP to meet or exceed EBITDA budget.
• Manage labor standards and property expenses to maximize profit.
• Oversee vendor payments, refunds, and in-house balances.
• Lead and train staff to meet company standards.
• Build solid client relationships in the district and with hotel staff.
