The role requires strong leadership, budget discipline, and excellent communication in a fast-paced hospitality environment. On-site work and travel within local area are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience and customer experience required.
• Experience in budgeting and financial oversight is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to guest experience and satisfaction.
• Ensures rooms and public areas meet brand standards and cleanliness.
• Leads recruitment, interviewing, and new associate onboarding.
• Drives teamwork, coaching, and adherence to company policies.

• Oversees guest relations and timely responses to social media posts.
