Job summary

As a key member of the hotel management team, you will recruit, onboard, train staff and collaborate with district leadership to optimize guest experiences and ensure consistent delivery of the Best Day Ever program.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience required and customer experience is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.
• Two-year degree highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers including email, word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest satisfaction targets and manage overall hotel operations.
• Lead and direct a staff to perform daily tasks and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Onboard and train associates, coordinating with district management for performance improvement.
• Partner with District Manager to optimize associate performance and coaching.
