Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience required; Customer experience required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle check.
• Conversational or proficient in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience and overall hotel operations to meet financial goals.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, screening, and hiring procedures.
• Onboard and train associates to ensure policy and training program compliance.
