Qualifications

• Minimum of three years related hospitality management experience; customer experience required.
• 2-year degree highly preferred.
• Basic computer and software skills including email, word processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Promotes 100% commitment to guest experience and brand standards.
• Oversees recruiting, interviewing, and hiring procedures.
• Leads daily team meetings and oversees staff training programs.
• Manages labor and cash by enforcing policies and budget adherence.
• Ensures guest rooms and public spaces meet quality standards and brand requirements.
