Qualifications

• Minimum three years related hospitality management experience.
• Customer experience required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and pass a motor vehicle check.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to property associates and ensure guest satisfaction targets.
• Uphold ESA brand standards and policies at the hotel level.
• Recruit, interview, screen, and hire staff following proper procedures.
• Onboard and train new associates through company training programs.
• Manage labor costs and budgets while driving performance against goals.
