Qualifications

• 4+ years progressive hotel management experience.
• Or a 4-year college degree with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management of hotel departments (rooms, F&B, accounting, sales, and engineering).
• Direct development and execution of the annual strategic plan, budget, sales/marketing plan, and operations plan.
• Pursue revenue goals, manage expenses, and oversee revenue management.
• Conduct staff and department meetings to inform, coach, and drive performance.
• Ensure maximum guest service and satisfaction while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor licensing, health, safety, and other statutory regulations to ensure compliance.
• Comply with hotel policies and Humble Origins Hospitality Management Employee Handbook.
