The LINE Austin is seeking a General Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security. You will set the vision, manage budgets and staffing, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure strong financial results while fostering a guest‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Five+ years experience as hotel General Manager or similar on a full-service property (300+ rooms).
• Proven track record with group and banquet business.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Austin area market preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with PMS and POS software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
