Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ years of experience as a Hotel General Manager.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong leadership and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of 6-12 staff members and provide hands-on guidance.
• Exceptional Guest Services: Maintain high cleanliness standards and address guest concerns promptly.
• Operational Excellence: Follow brand guidelines, manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and P&Ls.
• Sales & Marketing: Promote the property locally and build relationships with clients to boost occupancy.
• Teamwork: Support housekeeping and laundry tasks as needed and cover shifts for continuity.
• Emergency Procedures: Adhere to property emergency procedures and security requirements.
