The role requires developing forecasts, managing labor and expenses, and applying company policies with a focus on performance and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business; equivalent experience accepted.
• 2–5 years experience as Hotel General Manager or similar role.
• Must have knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access; proficient with standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations to meet revenue and profit targets while ensuring guest satisfaction, employee well-being, and asset protection.
• Lead, train and develop hotel staff; implement company policies and standards.
• Forecast operating expenses and labor costs to inform annual budget; adjust staffing and controllable costs to maintain margins.
