Express Employment Professionals Southeast Phoenix is partnering with a Scottsdale hotel to hire a Front Desk Associate. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest service, handling check-ins/outs, reservations, and payments with accuracy.

You will engage guests, resolve issues, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth stay and a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Hands-on hotel front desk experience required: minimum of 2 years.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest services.
• Experience using hotel property management systems to manage reservations, room assignments, guest accounts, and billing.
• Experience processing credit card transactions, payments, and guest charges accurately.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
