ZMC Hotels in Scottsdale is seeking a friendly, guest-focused part-time front desk associate. You will check guests in and out, answer questions, and help guests enjoy their stay with a cheerful demeanor during peak hours.

Shifts run 7am–3pm, 3pm–11pm, and 11pm–7am; we currently need 2–3 shifts from 7a-3p and 3p-11p. Join a team that values service, reliability, and a positive attitude as you support daily operations.

Qualifikationen

• Thorough knowledge of guest service and satisfaction.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Ensure that all guests are treated efficiently and courteously and that standards are applied by all staff members.
• Address guest concerns and ensure follow up is complete.
• Assist in daily maintenance of room inventory to achieve optimal revenue while maintaining high guest expectations.
• Supervise bell staff activities to ensure arrivals/departures and guest contact are conducted efficiently and pleasantly.
