Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a hotel front desk associate to support overnight and late afternoon shifts. You will prepare daily revenue and guest ledger summaries, audit POS/front office systems, input revenue/expenses, and balance accounts nightly while ensuring accurate guest accounting.

The role requires at least 6 months of guest experience, availability for 11pm–7am and 3pm–11pm shifts, and basic computer skills; Lightspeed experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of face-to-face guest/customer experience.
• Availability for 11pm–7am and 3pm–11pm shifts.
• Front desk operations or hotel software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily revenue reports by auditing POS tapes and journals.
• Run audit reports from the front office system and POS.
• Make corrections and handle computer problems during shift.
• Input revenue/expenses into the front office system to generate reports.
• Balance revenue and settlement accounts nightly and reset systems.
• Comply with attendance rules and be available as scheduled.
• Assist late arriving guests with check-in in a friendly manner.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
