Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior hotel experience preferred and familiarity with Agilysys Stay Hotel system. Proficiency in MS Office is required; strong communication and independent task prioritization are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Prior hotel experience preferred.
• Data entry and 10 key experiences preferred.
• Knowledge of Agilysys Stay Hotel system, credit card machines, fax, copier.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service and maintain positive guest relations.
• Book guest reservations and manage same-day or future bookings.
• Assign guest accommodations per current procedures.
• Answer PBX calls and direct to appropriate personnel.
• Handle bank postings and cashier duties accurately.
• Maintain occupancy knowledge and inform on events affecting operations.
• Refer guests to appropriate staff when needed and ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed on all hotel services and entertainment opportunities.
