Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred (but not required).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using hotel systems.
• Handle reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
• Process payments and balance daily reports.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
