Job summary

Maverick-Colorado-LLC is seeking a hotel front desk professional in Colorado. The role involves guest services, reservations, check-in/out, and handling a variety of front desk duties to ensure a smooth operation.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience is preferred and data-entry skills are important. The position offers a sign-on bonus and a competitive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior hotel experience preferred
• Data entry and 10-key experience preferred
• Experience with Agilysys Stay Hotel system and common office equipment

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest service and manage interactions with guests and team members in various conditions
• Book guest reservations by phone and handle same day and advance bookings
• Assign guest accommodations according to procedures
• Answer PBX calls and direct to the appropriate person or answer questions
• Handle assigned bank postings and maintain accuracy
• Maintain knowledge of occupancy, events, in-house groups, and desk operations
• Maintain guest relations and refer guests to staff as needed
• Promote knowledge of all company services and entertainment opportunities
