Job summary

Skagit Valley Casino Resort is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, answer phones, and assist with reservations. You’ll maintain guest accounts and convey rates, promotions, and events clearly at the front desk.

Ideal candidates have customer service experience, basic computer skills, and cash handling ability. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays; prior hotel front desk or retail hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one-year experience in front line guest service.
• Preferred: one-year experience at hotel front desk or in hospitality/travel retail.
• Experience with Windows-based computers.
• Preferred: experience with hotel property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for check-in and check-out of guests.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and create reservations.
• Accurately maintain guest accounts and respond to billing inquiries.
• Convey rates, discounts, promotions and events clearly.
