Job summary

WinnaVegas Casino/Resort is seeking a courteous front desk agent to deliver outstanding guest service. You will greet and register guests, assign rooms, and handle key control with professional phone handling and wake-up calls.

Responsibilities include reservations, guest inquiries, billing, and promoting resort initiatives. A high school diploma and two years of customer service experience are required; background checks and gaming license may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and two years of customer service experience.
• Hotel front desk experience preferred and helpful.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Issues room keys and maintains key control.
• Answers telephone professionally and handles wake-up calls.
• Transmits and receives messages and manages guest inquiries.
• Posts charges to guest folios and processes reservations.
• Promotes and supports WinnaVegas Casino/Resort initiatives and coordinates with departments.
