Job summary

Skagit Valley Casino Resort in Bow, WA seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests at the lobby and assist with check-in/check-out. You will handle reservations by phone and in person, manage guest accounts, and respond to billing inquiries in a fast-paced resort setting.

The role requires good computer skills, basic math, and the ability to manage a high-volume phone system. PM shifts, weekends, and holidays are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; prior front desk experience preferred.
• Experience with guest accounts, billing inquiries, and disputes is a plus.
• Ability to use Windows-based computers and basic math for transactions.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/check-out guests with courtesy and efficiency.
• Answer calls and make reservations by phone and in person.
• Maintain guest accounts and address billing questions.
• Stay informed about rates, promotions, and events and communicate details clearly.
