Hyatt Place St. Paul is seeking a positive Front Desk Agent to deliver outstanding service to hotel guests. You will assist with check-in/check-out, issue room keys, process payments, and coordinate with housekeeping to manage room availability.

Excellent communication and a positive demeanor are essential to create a welcoming guest experience. You will answer guest inquiries, complete paperwork promptly, and maintain accurate records while upholding hotel standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly, outgoing demeanor and be able to greet guests warmly.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and guest service best practices.
• Competent with common computer systems and point-of-sale software.
• Able to resolve guest issues with a positive, service-oriented approach.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds as part of the role.

Responsibilities
