Job summary

SpringHill Suites – St. Paul Downtown is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our Front Desk team. The role offers a starting wage of $17.00-$18.00 per hour, with increases based on experience and at 30, 60, and 90 days.

This full-time position provides on-the-job training, a team-focused culture, and opportunities for growth within the company. Greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and handle requests with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for guests, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out, ensuring smooth service with a friendly attitude.
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and reservations with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Communicate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage daily front desk duties, including payments, room assignments, and resolving guest issues.
