Job summary

SpringHill Suites – St. Paul Downtown seeks a Guest Service Representative to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, and support daily front desk operations with a friendly, professional approach.

We offer on-the-job training, room discounts, and a team-focused culture. Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.

Description

Position: Guest Service Representative / Front Desk

Starting Salary Range: $17.00-$18.00/hour or more based on experience.

Wage Increases: New hires can earn wage increases at 30, 60, 90 days

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
