Wind Creek Hospitality in Chicago, IL is seeking Hotel Front Desk Agents to warmly greet guests and ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences. You will handle check-in/check-out, enroll guests in the player’s club, respond to inquiries, and support Concierge duties while maintaining a clean, efficient front desk.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 21, possess strong written and spoken communication, and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required or enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six months from start date as a condition of continued employment
• Must be twenty-one years of age or older
• Typing test will be administered – required
• Good writing and verbal communication skills required – skills test will be administered
• Experience in customer service
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Must pass job interview and audition including AAA four diamond behaviors
• Able to stand and walk for entire shift
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Illinois Gaming Act license requirement and maintain good standing

Aufgaben

• Greets guests and projects a positive image
• Performs hotel check-in and checkout transactions
• Enrolls guests to player’s club and generates rewards cards
• Disseminates information about the property, hotel, and promotions
• Handles cash, credits, and documentation
• Maintains cash drawer and submits supporting documents
• Answers phones and routes calls
• Assists with Concierge duties as needed
• Resolves guest issues and disputes
• Reports guestroom issues to Maintenance
• Re-stocks front desk supplies
• Keeps work area clean and organized
• Performs other duties as assigned
