Job summary

Wind Creek Chicago Southland is seeking a Retail Agent to greet guests, assist with gifts and retail purchases, and provide exceptional service on property. The role requires high school or GED, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include using casino software, enrolling guests in the Players Club, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean retail space while protecting confidentiality of gaming records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or enrolled in a GED program within six months
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older
• Must pass interview and guest service audition
• Good writing and verbal communication skills
• Must maintain confidentiality and strong guest service
• Must learn and work with various software applications
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for entire shift
• Must have valid state driver’s license and be able to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/holidays
• Must have Occupational License under Illinois Gaming Act and be in good standing with Illinois Gaming Board

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and provide prompt, friendly service
• Assist guests in shopping and disseminate information about items, promotions, and events
• Record transactions accurately and manage cash drawer
• Use casino software and CMP to enroll guests and manage rewards
• Monitor and maintain clean, orderly retail space
• Handle miscellaneous tasks including cash handling, faxing, copies
• Answer phones and support inventory and guest issue resolution
• Comply with confidentiality and security requirements
