Job summary

Wind Creek Chicago Southland is seeking a Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and guide guests through our guest services and loyalty program.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, ability to type 20 wpm, strong written and verbal communication, and the capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. You will also assist with Concierge duties and uphold AAA four-diamond behaviors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or enrolled and complete GED within six months
• Must be 21 years or older
• Typing test will be administered (20 wpm) — required
• Skills test will be administered (written & verbal) — required
• Experience in customer service
• Must lift up to 40 lbs
• Must pass panel interview and audition
• Must demonstrate AAA four diamond behaviors in audition

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and project a positive image
• Check-in and check-out guests
• Enroll guests in loyalty program and issue rewards cards
• Provide information about property, promotions, and services
• Handle cash, authorizations, reports, and clerical tasks
• Maintain cash drawer and submit documents
• Answer phones and route calls
• Assist with Concierge duties as needed
• Resolve guest issues and disputes
• Report maintenance issues and restock front desk supplies
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Other duties as assigned
