Job summary

Wind Creek is seeking a Retail Agent to greet guests, assist with purchases, and manage sales in the property’s retail area. The role emphasizes exceptional guest service, confidentiality of gaming records, and accurate transaction handling.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to stand for long periods, and the Illinois gaming license or ability to obtain one. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Pass job interview and guest service audition.
• Good writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and strong guest service.
• Ability to learn and use various software applications.
• Stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Illinois Gaming Act license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist guests during shopping and product inquiries.
• Record transactions and handle cash as required.
• Enroll guests in Player’s Club using CMP and issue rewards cards.
• Maintain clean, organized retail space and merchandise stock.
• Respond to guest issues and disputes professionally.
• Communicate promotions and property information to guests.
• Utilize casino software applications as needed.
