Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or enrolled in a GED program.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• Typing test and skills test will be administered.
• Customer service experience required.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/work for long shifts.
• Pass panel interview and audition, and AAA four diamond behaviors.
• Must obtain and maintain Tribal Gaming License if required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and projects a positive image at the front desk.
• Performs hotel check-in and checkout transactions.
• Enrolls guests into the players club and generates rewards cards.
• Provides information about the property, promotions, and services.
• Handles cash, documentation, and basic office tasks.
• Maintains an orderly front desk and supports concierge duties as needed.
• Resolves guest issues and assists with high-volume service scenarios.
