Qualifications

  • 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred; ability to stand for long periods and assist with luggage (lifting up to 25lbs).

  • Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, make reservations, reward programs, and special requests.
  • Communicate with all departments to ensure all areas of the hotel are ready for an exceptional stay, as well as special requests.
  • Welcome guests at check-in and check-out, ensuring reservations have correct information and payment type; distribute keys and offer local suggestions for guest experience.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints; refer to management or other departments as needed to address guest needs promptly.
