You will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional service, manage budgets, and drive food quality and guest satisfaction in a full-service environment.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, culinary knowledge, and experience in menu development, training, and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in full-service upscale dining.
• Strong culinary knowledge with menu development and food presentation.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant setting.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the particularly in Full Service / Upscale, Fine Dining and Scratch cooking background, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire staff, manage budgets, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service and quality.
• Manage staff recruitment, training development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.

Experience
