The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, strong culinary knowledge, staff development, and a track record in cost controls, menu execution, and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food service industry. (FULL SERVICE, UPSCALE, FINE DINING)
• Strong culinary knowledge with an understanding of menu development and food presentation.
• Demonstrated ability in training development and team building to enhance staff performance.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management within a restaurant setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and their application in daily operations.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
