Qualifications

• 2–3 years of related Food & Beverage, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience.
• Previous supervisory or management experience required.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where applicable.
• Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage and hotel restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily operations for banquet events, room service, and other Food & Beverage services.
• Ensure SOPs, brand standards, safety requirements, and regulatory compliance are followed.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, beverage service, guest service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Monitor operations and adjust staffing based on business volume and guest needs.
• Support associate development and cross-training across Food & Beverage outlets.
• Monitor labor, food, beverage, supplies, equipment, and costs to maximize revenue and control expenses.
