Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates to meet brand and HHM standards.
• Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction in outlets and services.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are followed for guests and staff.
• Interact with guests to obtain feedback on service and food quality.
• Perform service during high volume or staffing shortages.
• Maintain par levels and inventories of F&B supplies.
