Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or banquet setting.
• Knowledge of bar service and liquor inventory controls.
• Experience with Micro POS system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach and support associates.
• Monitor food quality and guest satisfaction across outlets.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards are met.
• Interact with guests for feedback on service and food.
• Assist with high-volume periods and staffing shortages.
• Maintain inventory levels of F&B supplies.
• Ensure staff comply with regulations for serving alcohol.
• Ensure equipment is functioning and report malfunctions.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
