Job summary

LBA Hospitality is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations and guest service with emphasis on teamwork and training. The role requires maintaining brand standards, opening/closing shifts, and assisting with inventories and staff scheduling.

You will ensure high-quality service, proper safety procedures, and effective communication within the F&B department, reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• One-year experience supervising at least three associates.
• Experience with hotel, chain food, or retail outlet preferred.
• Food Manager certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach staff on brand standards and restaurant operations.
• Run day-to-day shift operations including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Open and close restaurant shifts.
• Assist with inventories and ordering of food and beverages.
• Assist with staff scheduling and banquet operations.
• Fill in FOH and BOH positions as needed.
• Supervise shifts as MOD when director is on other shifts.
• Maintain safety, knowledge of emergency procedures, and guest service quality.
