Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. TABC and Food Handler certification are required, with benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food and beverage experience, including 1+ year in a supervisory role.
• Must be able to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Candidates should present a professional appearance and confidence.
• Highly detail oriented, organized, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
• Strong time management & multitasking skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate positive leadership to inspire staff to meet standards.
• Must be TABC and Food Handler Certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach associates across outlets (MKT, Q Kitchen and Bar).
• Schedule, assist with payroll, and participate in interviewing and training.
• Procure products and assist with marketing and staff support.
• Maintain service quality and ensure essential supplies for outlets.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence on the floor to ensure guest satisfaction.
