Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to assist the Manager in all aspects of unit operations, floor management, and service. You will help manage food, beverage, equipment, and property to meet financial goals and company initiatives.

The role emphasizes building a team-driven environment with exceptional guest service, supervising staff, and ensuring consistent performance across dining areas and stations. Safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction are priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor's or Business Degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in related management required.
• Food Safety Certification a plus.
• Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple priorities; work well as a team leader; problem-solve.
• Strong customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete guest satisfaction and resolve complaints per standards.
• Monitor setup and maintenance of dining area, cashier stations, and food stations to ensure quality.
• Assist in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, disciplining, and directing staff; train hourly staff.
• Maintain safe facility environment including equipment, food handling, sanitation, and hygiene; notify Manager of issues.
