Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure client satisfaction by coordinating with guests, hotel staff, and vendors on-site and troubleshooting equipment as needed.

The role requires solid customer service experience, basic AV knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are preferred to support site operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met if applicable.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Strive to exceed expectations of internal and external customers; maintain positive client relations.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues with basic technical ability.
• Complete system entries, use equipment sheets, and coordinate with staff and vendors.
