Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and strikes basic AV equipment for events.
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoots equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Follows company processes, completes paperwork, and coordinates with vendors.
• Works with clients to finalize invoices and uses floor up-selling techniques.
