Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• External applicants must complete training within 60 days and view career path details.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Maintain positive client relationships through effective on-site communication.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete equipment sheets and entry paperwork; coordinate with staff/vendors for equipment.
• Assist with on-site invoicing and up-selling where appropriate.
