Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel/convention center environment, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction. You will report to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and support on-site events from setup through breakdown.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, 1+ year of customer service or hospitality experience, and some AV experience. A valid driver’s license may be required; lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment is preferred.
