Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members who operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and breakdown basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships onsite.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete system entry and paperwork; use Navigator for orders and invoicing.
