Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment. You will ensure customer satisfaction, work with guests on site, and coordinate with staff and vendors for equipment and invoicing.

The role emphasizes reliable system operation, quick troubleshooting, and accurate paperwork as part of daily responsibilities in a hotel/convention setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required for team members that may operate Company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and break down basic AV equipment.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations and maintain client relationships.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works.
• Monitor events and assist customers throughout the day.
• Complete order entries in Navigator and interact with vendors for equipment.
