Driftwood Hospitality Management in Plano, TX seeks a Chief Engineer to direct all engineering operations across the property, including emergency programs, energy management, and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in building management/engineering.
• Experience in hotel engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety and maintenance programs.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of Engineering operations and coordinate with GM.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, asset protection, and inspections.
• Manage budgeting, cost controls, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
