Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a Chief Engineer to oversee all aspects of engineering, emergency programs, energy management, and asset protection. You will lead the Engineering staff, manage budgets, and align operations with the General Manager and brand standards.

The role emphasizes maintaining quality service, regulatory compliance, and long-term planning to improve revenues while safeguarding hotel assets and guest safety.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in building management/engineering.
• Minimum three years of managerial skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of Engineering, aligning with brand standards and regulations.
• Lead emergency programs, preventive maintenance, and asset protection.
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and scheduling for engineering operations.
• Ensure high quality guest service and safety across hotel facilities.
