Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a Chief Engineer to direct all aspects of engineering operations for the property, including preventive maintenance, energy management, and asset protection. You will lead the engineering team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to walk the property to identify issues and coordinate with departments.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in building management/engineering.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Ability to inspect and assess facilities and coordinate maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct all facets of engineering operations for the hotel.
• Lead the engineering staff and manage budgets.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with General Manager to optimize performance and guest experience.
