Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in Weston, FL is seeking a Chief Engineer to direct all engineering operations, manage emergency programs, energy management, asset protection, preventive maintenance and repairs across the property. Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience in building management/engineering.
• Substantial track record in profitable Engineering management with integrity.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred.
• Minimum of three years of managerial skills.

• Maintain compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
• Lead budgeting, capital expenditures, and asset protection programs.
