Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• A valid driver’s license required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
• Internal training and certification requirements per Encore’s Learning Program.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Meet with guests on site to ensure needs are met and equipment works properly.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues with basic operational ability.
• Complete system entries and paperwork accurately; interact with staff and vendors.
• Increase revenue by floor up-selling and assist with invoicing.
